Lovely experience
Fabulous hotel for the price. Very clean and staff lovely. Wonderful location. We would definitely return.

A very chilled / relaxing holiday
I am just back from spending 10 days at this hotel with extended family. There were 8 of us in total split across 5 rooms. I had read the reviews ahead of going away & have to say, I was concerned about what I read as after staying there, I am not sure what people expect for the 3 star status.
It is fair to say that the building is in need of a lot of TLC throughout especially the kerb appeal aspect. However the rooms are really clean/ good in size / enough storage & the water is hot & plentiful for showers etc.
Food is buffet style & although there is not an abundance of choice, you can easily find something to eat. The fresh salads each day are to die for.
The thing that stood out for me are the staff members who are all simply wonderful! They go out of their way to help you / are quick to respond to requests & nothing is too much trouble.
Marta was exceptional when it came to looking after the group I was with & I cannot thank her enough......

The beach and boardwalk is right next to the hotel. Parking was easy and safe as we parked in the park parking lot next to the property. Parking on the property is complicated so we didn't bother.

We stayed February 13–15 as a couple. The location is very good (near the sea) and the staff polite.
However, the room presented serious issues affecting comfort and hygiene: inadequate cleanliness, lack of blankets, worn-out layer with visible springs (needs immediate replacement) and extremely low water pressure in the shower. Also, slippers and towels were not provided, and we were told that bath towels are changed every 3 days.
Based on our experience, we would not re-select it and would not recommend it.

Nice hotel
Second time I've stayed at this hotel, it's really nice. First came in summer, now in winter. Heating air conditioning works well, which is very important because she was afraid to freeze. Room given with sea view , large nice spacious room. Breakfast was standard, everything was delicious enough - eggs, tomatoes, cheese, sausages, vegetables, toast, sliced fruit and croissants . Very close to the beach, sorry it rained when I was, I planned to sunbathe. Very good price - quality ratio . I'll definitely be back.
