Stayed in a private room with shared bathroom. I felt safe as a single woman, food at the rooftop bar was really good and the staff were nice. Bedsheets and the like had been changed, but the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly as there was mucus on the wall and what appeared to be a brown streak smeared on the door. Shower also wasn't cleaned as regularly as the toilet. Otherwise it was a peaceful place in an otherwise busy city. Located near within 10 minutes of some of the best museums in Bogota and surrounded by many restaurants.

Great staff, great location! Rooms were clean. They had music at the terrace every night. Overall, strongly recommend!

Highly recommended
R10 is honestly one of the best hostel experiences I’ve had. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the atmosphere—warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. The staff truly make the difference here: Juan, Cristian, Natalia, Alejandra, Heidi, Carlos, María, and María all go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They’re not just helpful, they genuinely care about your stay.
The cleanliness is also something worth highlighting. Everything is well-maintained, organized, and comfortable, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time.
One of the absolute highlights is the terrace. It’s an incredible space with great music, a lively vibe, and constant activities that bring people together. A special mention to Javier, whose presence really elevates the experience—his ancestral drinks are something unique and unforgettable, adding a cultural and personal touch you don’t find just anywhere.
Overall, R10 is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place to connect, unwind, and create great memories. Highly recommended.

Lazy workers and dirty beds!
On arrival beds were dirty. Layers of hair. After indicating it, we told him we were going to eat something. Upon returning (3 hours later) we heard from the staff that there were no clean sheets. After pushing, the sheets were suddenly there. It finally took half an hour for the beds to be changed. Have not heard any apologies or apologies from the staff of hostel. Avoid this place!

Luie werknemers en vieze bedden!
Bij aankomst waren bedden vies. Lagen haren op. Na het aan te geven, vertelden we dat we even wat zouden gaan eten. Bij terugkomst (3 uur later) hoorden we van de staff dat er geen schone lakens waren. Na doorpushen waren de lakens er ineens wel. Het duurde hiteindelijk een half uur voordat de bedden waren verschoond. Hebben geen sorry of excuses van de staff van hostel gehoord. Vermijd deze plek!
