I picked this hotel primarily for its proximity to the international airport which it serves well with a free shuttle that runs to the airport 24hrs and every 1/2 hr. Upon arrival I was checked-in quickly and efficiently. staff were kind/friendly though we did have trouble communicating between my poor anglicized spanish and their english it was a struggle to get basic answers to questions, Id paid for the use of their small gym with my reservation only to be told there would be an extra charge of 85,000 COP upon arrival. I wish this was made more explicit when booking as it was a reason for staying there and booking a more expensive option. Overall the room was excellent though, very comfortable with no noise from the airport close-by and made my early morning flight with no issues so definitely served its purpose. definitely recommend this place for business travelers in a similair situation to mine.

Excellent Hotel

The location is central, very close to the airport. The rooms are impeccable, the service is excellent, William always supports us in everything we need and is very attentive to welcome all guests in the best way

The service was amazing. The personnels willingness to help and ensure all your needs are met. They went above and beyond to accommodate the changes we wanted. Front desk manager William did an exceptional job!

Everything is perfect, comfort is close to the airport. Excellent!! The facilities are perfect.

I liked the facilities, the location near El Dorado Airport, the attentive service from the staff, and the comfortable amenities.

Everything was good except for the service on the restaurant, takes to long and the servers were never comes back to ask if everything is okay or offer another drink or so.
