I would like to formally express my disappointment with the condition of my stay and the level of customer service I received. The bathroom towels and bed sheets were visibly dirty upon arrival, which is unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. In addition, the shower had a persistent leak that made it inconvenient to use and reflected poor maintenance of the room. To make matters worse, when these issues were brought to the attention of the staff, the customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful, leaving my concerns unresolved. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality, and I hope these issues are addressed to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

Some of the one stars were a complete guess because I never actually stayed here. Around midnight the night before In was supposed to check in the hotel notified me they didn't have enough rooms to accommodate me and that I needed to cancel my reservation through Expedia. Which I did and booked a last minute, nonrefundable reservation at a different hotel. The next morning I received a message from Granada staff saying they resolved their room issue and that they were looking forward to seeing me check in later that day. Since then, which has been nearly a week, Expedia and I have tried to reach out to the hotel for a refund, which the hotel refuses. So, I make a reservation, hotel tells me to cancel the night before, I cancel, and then the hotel sticks me with a bill anyway. Beware of these scam artists.
