It wasn't the best experience
2. At check in we were not given information about meal times or guest service
3. We had no breakfast table and the information before booking said we were entitled
4. We arrived at 3 o’clock to check in and were informed that the dome of us was not yet waiting and then we were taken to another.
5. We arrived at 3 and ordered lunch type 4 we wanted to enjoy the pool and it was still sunny and when we went they were just cleaning the pool and told us to go in an hour or night and they left us the heated pool
6. When we went up to the pool in type 7 at night it was turned off the lights in the pool area you couldn't see anything we were in the dark We couldn't enjoy it, even it was super cold it wasn't heated.
7. The next day we were expected to be informed of the breakfast time and we were never told we had to be the ones writing to ask about it, we requested breakfast at 9:40 am and breakfast arrived at 11:00 am. We had to write several times asking for breakfast
8. We were written by Wpp that the restaurant was only until 6:40 but we were written only an hour in advance would have made that clear at the time of entry

Unbalanced cost-benefit ratio. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
However, I must say that the cost-benefit ratio with respect to everything in this glamping site is very unbalanced. The rooms are too expensive for their infrastructure; The food and snacks in the minibar have very, very inflated prices and the customer service is TERRIBLE, not to say a word worse! It is assumed that to request any service you must speak on WhatsApp, but when you request something it can take up to an hour to respond and another hour to respond to the request if they attend to it, be it food, internet or some other response; As was the case when we requested the Wi-Fi password and they never helped us with that (it is important because the cell phone signal is very scarce).
For lunch we had pizza and it was delicious but once again the service when delivering the food left a lot to be desired.
Entering the glamping has its level of difficulty, not recommended for small cars, however if you have a medium-sized car you will be able to enter without problem, although it requires a lot of signage since, once again, when requesting help via WhatsApp to get to the First place, they took up to an hour to respond.
A place with potential but many things to improve.
The place has a spectacular view and the rooms are relatively comfortable. Deisy, who welcomed us, took the trouble to give us a tour to choose our room and was very kind.
