Modern, quiet and comfortable stay

Very quiet. A very modern and safe area. There is a great Pergamino specialty coffee shop in the lobby. Comfortable beds. Nice people. It is right next to the huge Tesoro mall which has lots of restaurants. Also next to many estetica clinics in the two medical towers. Would stay again. The only price for the calm, convenience and quiet is that it is located in upper Poblado which is very hilly. But it is only an Uber away from everything else in Medellin.

Great new hotel, with beautiful bamboo gardens and vegetation. Rooms were comfortable. Food was amazing. Great for a more relaxed couples stay.

Good in general and good location by the shopping center, you sleep well.

Very clean hotel, rooms are good and clean, and well located. Gym with the essentials and is fine on equipment, it lacks accessories and some additional machines. Good pool. Breakfast is okay, just basic and with products that are not that good or varied, it is a table with things, very basic for the price. Although you can order eggs, a 3-star hotel has better options than this and the food is supposed to be health-focused.
Breakfast lacks a lot, the chef should be more creative... they owed me, so if you expect a Marriott breakfast, don't expect it like that, it's basic.
Reception and its people are friendly.
Restaurant staff are also friendly, but many times I think they don't understand that there are people with different diets and tastes, although they try to fake friendliness, deep down you see their gestures that are not genuinely friendly and that they do it out of obligation and not to be kind. It happened to me with a waitress who made weird faces because I asked for 2 espressos.... Not nice.... They should learn from the front desk staff.

Amazing location, staff and amenities. Best sleep in years!

The location is excellent, the facilities are beautiful, and every member of the staff delivered top-notch service. I stayed in the BIO Room, and if it’s available, I highly recommend booking it. It’s definitely worth the upgrade.
While it’s on the higher end on price for Medellín, it’s still a great value for what you receive. For full transparency, I happened to visit during the Festival of Flowers, yet the rates look to be consistent the next two months.
One of the biggest reason for my review was how well I slept. I woke up feeling completely recharged and was able to enjoy the hotel’s amenities, which were excellent and never felt overcrowded. An added bonus is Pergamino Café in the lobby. It’s perfect for exceptional coffee, breakfast, lunch, or spending the day working. It feels like a WeWork-style coworking space combined with one of Medellín’s best cafés.
Last key point as a Marriott Titanium Elite member they honored several of my Titanium benefits, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín.

Excellent stay, the service was impeccable. The restaurant is delicious and the longevity center devices are exceptional. We will return!
