A very disappointing experience.

The location of the hotel could not be worse: it is in a noisy street, surrounded by workshops and motorcycle premises, which makes the noise constant and unbearable. When I arrived I asked for a room as far away from the main street as possible, which helped a bit, but you still heard music and buzz from the outside, although not as loud as in the reception and hallways.
The hotel is very dark, with little natural lighting. Rooms overlook an interior courtyard without light, which creates a dreary Mood. In addition, the room conditions left much to be desired: there was no hot water, it smelled damp, and the air conditioning malfunctioned (either freezing or not cooling). Television did not allow services like Netflix or Amazon to connect.
The worst was the large number of mosquitoes in the room. I don’t understand where they came in, as there is hardly any ventilation, but I was bitten more than during my hikes in the middle of the jungle. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly poor.
And most disappointing: breakfast. I only tried it the first day and never asked for it again. The latte tasted between sour and bitter, the eggs tasted like burnt oil and the fruit I didn’t dare even try, as I seriously doubted the sanitary conditions. The “dining room” was not such: simply the top floor hall with a couple of dirty tables.
I would not recommend it under any circumstances.

Nice hotel at a not so nice street

It was a good choice for my needs, comfortable room, I liked it and the price I paid was very fair for that room, no restaurant and the hotel is simple but still confortable and the room was so nice...the area where it is placed is not very nice but at a short twi blocks walk you get to the river to walk along the Malecon. Close to the bus terminal.

Buen lugar

Es excelente opción para el precio ofrecido, tiene parqueadero gratis, las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, hay WIFI de cortesía, las habitaciones son limpias igual que el baño, las camas organizadas y agradables para descansar, tienen tv pantalla plana con variedad de canales. El desayuno es variado entre frutas, huevos al gusto y de bebida se puede tomar café, chocolate o jugo acompañado de pan.

Buena opción

Es una buena alternativa en Neiva. Las habitaciones son limpias, la relación de precio calidad es adecuada, el desayuno es bueno.
Los mayores problemas son:
El parqueadero se llena muy fácil pues es muy pequeño.
Está ubicado en una zona de talleres en todo el centro, peligrosa y fea.
No tiene agua caliente. Aunque Neiva es una ciudad calorosa, para algunas persona como yo esto resulta importante.
