It's nice, but don't let him take advantage of some details

The food was very good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The dinner seemed chevere with activities, Mexican theme and music. It is a rigged and quiet place, however do not let the rooms deteriorate, in the case of the superiors some have presented some humidity, or in the case of the last one where we were a leak that it was noticeable that it had not been a short time of origin, hopefully they have already been able to fix it.
It is a pleasant place that, like many, we consider among the first options to be in San Jerónimo, although the issue of humidity and the leak demotivated us already a little. It's really a good place, don't neglect it.

We went for lunch, we are not guests.

Lunch was typical, the ground meat was of very poor quality, it seemed like it was ground with bones, the salads had flies, the portions were very small. In summary, the lunch on May 9, 2024 was horrible, poor quality, flies, birds on the tables defecating and stealing food from the plates. We will not return.

Excellent place

Excellent place, really highly recommended and a good price, very affordable, excellent service, the only bad thing is having to go back home hahaha I hope to keep coming back to this place and its food is excellent since

Good space to be with family

It is a spacious, comfortable and pleasant place. They do various activities every day and the staff is very attentive. In a special way I want to highlight the quality of one of the employees who is Deaf (what a shame I can't remember her name), very agile, impeccable presentation and you can tell that she enjoys her job, and she does it very well.

Good but can improve infrastructure aspects

The food is good. The buffet service is good. The pool and Jacuzzi are super. But some rooms are very deteriorated. The minibar was incomplete upon arrival at the site and was never restocked
