Lack of education and respect
My wife made a reservation for her, our two children and her daughter from the night between August 3rd and August 4th, 2026.
They arrived at the hotel at 11,30 pm of August 3rd, but the hotel entrance was closed.
She is a Colombian national, so called the number she had to communicate with the hotel.
A man answered and she told him tha they were arrived and that they were waiting on the road since the doors were closed. The man who answered the call, without nothing telling her, ended the call abruptly. My wife made the same phone number many other times but nobody answered, so she had to go to another location to be able to sleep with the children.
Congratulation to El Ranchito for the education and the respect showed to a mother with two children.
