Beautiful hotel in an excellent location
The location is fantastic — the hotel is right next to Haeundae Beach, making it very convenient to enjoy the beach and explore the surrounding area. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and great views.
We didn’t get a chance to try the hotel restaurant, but we did visit the hotel bakery and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The pastries and baked goods were fresh and delicious.
Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent service and an unbeatable location by Haeundae Beach. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Busan.

A beautiful hotel right in the beach
Very spacious comfortable room, with seperate living area. Lots of storage space. Beautiful fixtures and fittings and all amenities expected of a luxury hotel.
Big leisure area with indoor pool (great that there are separate lanes for laps) and outdoor pool with a view of the beach. Spa, sauna and big modern gym.
Stylish restaurants and bar. Buffet breakfast has good options both Western and local. I also enjoyed the club lounge for tea and biscuits during the day and light snacks and wine in the evening. What a view!
It is an expensive hotel but worth it!

Excellent check-in staff
He was a very warm and helpful young man. With staff like that any annoyance with the website quickly disappears.
As for my stay, the rooms were clean and well serviced.
Busan is a nice city worth coming back for.

Good Hotel
Friendly and helpful staff.
Quick room service (30 minutes from when you place the order)and reasonably priced.
Great food.
Outdoor pool that wasn’t crowded.
Terrance is a great place to hang out and get some drinks.
Location is great, right on the beach and near the street market.
Best looking hotel in this area.
Beds and pillows were soooo comfy.
Starbucks in the hotel and lots of places to eat around the hotel.
Cons:
Breakfast is especially expensive at 63,000 won per person. You have to get our own drinks. Not five star.
Rooms are kinda shabby and rundown. Definitely not 5 star rooms if that’s what you’re used to. Looks like all the money goes to the exterior and lobby areas but not to update the rooms.
