There is no hot water

I had trouble with no hot water coming out of the shower, probably because the boiler was turned off in the middle of the night. I contacted them but they were unhelpful and the problem was not solved.

No hot water
There was no hot water, so I asked about it but they couldn't solve the problem. I ended up leaving without taking a shower. I don't recommend it.

No hot water, unfriendly response

I couldn't shower because there was no hot water. I contacted them several times over the phone, but at first they just said they had raised the boiler temperature and hung up. When I called again, they said they were fixing it, and only on the third call did they say it was not an expert and that it was difficult to solve. After checking in other rooms, they said it didn't seem that cold. I don't know if it was just our room, but it didn't feel like the boiler was running at all.
It was the last day of a long-awaited enjoyable trip for a foreign friend to come to Daegu, but I woke up in the morning without a proper shower, endured the cold, and just quickly washed my hair.
