Outstanding Service in the Heart of Gwangju
Excellent hotel with outstanding service from its staff. The hotel is located in the heart of Gwangju, close to many historical attractions. It is modern, clean, accessible, and conveniently situated next to the city’s main shopping district. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and feel fresh and new. I also enjoyed the art gallery on the ground floor, which adds a unique cultural touch to the hotel.
I had a truly pleasant stay, thanks to the exceptionally helpful staff. In particular, I would like to commend Choi Jae Won and Kim Cheon Ji at the Front Desk. They went above and beyond to help resolve a double booking of my room, patiently contacting the online booking service’s customer support on my behalf. They showed genuine care, professionalism, and determination to solve the problem, and I am sincerely grateful for their assistance.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money, and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Gwangju.

This hotel is in a great location in the middle of the ACC shopping district and close to the city square and art district. Lots of tragic history to learn about right across the street at the 5.18 archive. If you’re from the US, you have to try the LG clothing styler! It’s an amazing appliance!

Strange guys at reception. Not clear explaining check in and details about the stay. Compartment where the bed was not enough light and too dark in the evening. Located centrally in Gwangju. Not going back here again.

A modern facility, showing wear and tear. Location is excellent. Staff is not overly helpful.

I think the hotel was as advertised as far as what we expected. However, on certain Saturdays there is much difficulty getting to the parking garage as the street closes down for a festival. This was not told to us during or after booking which was not pleasant.
