Very good option to stay on the island

A small, nice hotel near the market and with many restaurants around. My room was small but comfortable (apart from the pillow), the bathroom comfortable too with bath foam and shampoo. There is also a small bar on the premise s. The staff speaks little English but they try to be as helpful as possible. WiFi works well. The price is good. There are some steps to enter, there is a lift to the floors, not to the top roof.

Great vibes

Clean comfortable rooms.
The bar cafe area is comfortable and welcoming.
They make really good sandwiches and free local beer.
The rooftop area has some good views but it was a bit too hot to sit out during the day.
It is a great area for restaurants and shopping.
The Dongmun traditional market is a short walk.
The staff and service were excellent and very friendly.

They use fake photos of the rooms. I was given a tiny room without natural light, the windows view was a wall. The room was damp and smelled bad. I asked reception why I hadn't got the room I booked from the photo they advertised, and he said because - It's not a real -. The reception was also extremely rude and sent me a message saying I should leave if I didn't like it. I was only staying for 2 nights, so I couldn't use my time for changing hotels. I do not recommend staying here and I do not recommend using hotels that have fake photos. It was a terrible experience.

We're a group of 5 travelling to Jeju, booked the Royal Suite for our stay. Hotel is about 15 minutes away from the airport, located just across Dongmun Traditional Market exit 2, 3 and 4. I'd say it's pretty strategically located, there's also a bus stop at the main road of the hotel; within walking distance to Jeju Black Pork Street. Room is very spacious, even comes with a dining table for 6. The staff provides drinking water and towels for us daily. Room is also very tidy and clean. The only downside is the check-in time, which is at 4pm. Otherwise, will consider coming back again if I do visit Jeju in the near future.
