The person who met us at the front desk was very friendly and had very good english! The rooms are small with a bathroom in unit. They also had a nice downstairs to prepare food and some tables to eat at. Small warning, if you are traveling in the winter the bathroom was very cold. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere simple and easy while you explore Jeju City.

The room was reasonable and what was to be expected for the price. If the breakfast had been any worse I don't think you could have called it a breakfast, Basically, coffee and plain toast with either jam or proceesed cheese slices.
What happened to the pastries?
All this being said, it was convenient for the airport and the bus station.

The hostel as such is quite good, located in a side street and therefore relatively quiet. The staff is friendly, but with limited English knowledge. There was some “breakfast” available, but don’t expect too much of it.
We had a family room with a double and a single bed, but the mattresses were really hard and it was quite difficult to sleep on them. Very positive, there are wash machines you can use for free, however, for the drier there’s a 3000krw fee for each use.
All in all, a good option for small budgets, but with a few caveats.

Convenient place to stay and easy access to bus terminal!

This location is close to the Jeju bus terminal (about a five-minute walk). CU is across the street if you need any convenience store items. You can refill your water on the first floor with the water purifier and have a very simple breakfast at the hostel (bread, jam, orange juice, etc.) You can get new towels and there are also additional bathrooms on the first floor in case someone else is using the restroom in your room.
Before booking, know that there are rules (no eating in the room, no throwing toilet paper in the toilet, eating breakfast only during breakfast hours, turning AC off when leaving the room, and no noise). Staff enforces no noise rules arbitrarily; they don't say anything when a large group is making noise. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (my family was fine with this though).

Nothing fancy, but good value and very convenient location to Jeju City Bus Terminal (for getting buses around Jeju City and the rest of the island) and short taxi ride to airport.
