A modest hotel tucked in off the main entrance to a massive old fashioned market. Rooms are a good size with separate private bathroom. All the mod cons are there with a fast and reliable WiFi. The staff were welcoming and eager to help if needed.
Not a really a touristy area as it’s more a ‘locals’ market, but the main shopping district is a few minutes walk and the subway around the corner gets you anywhere around Busan within 20 minutes from your door.
Excellent value for a great local experience.

If you book here, make sure to come early during check in time or confirm your reservation. Or don’t select reserve now, pay later option. We unfortunately had an experience where our room we reserved in advance was given away, because we arrived later (around 8pm). The couple that worked there said they didn’t know we were coming and had someone else book the room. They did however try their best to run to a couple other hotels around if they had any last minute space for us, however it was too late and we had to book another hotel on our own. The wife was pleasant and did her best, however it was still an overall bad experience.

Cheap and convenient

About a 5-minute walk from Nishimen Station, exit 15. It may be hard to tell, as Kamada Market is located a little further back in front of you, but it is located in an alleyway next to a fruit shop.
He and his wife seem to run the business, and although they don't speak Japanese, when I told them my name, they only checked in and got a razor and toothbrush. The rooms had bathtubs (some didn't) and showers. It has air conditioning, but no heating. Instead, there was a hot mat under the futon, so it didn't feel cold.
The location is also close to Kamada Market, the cheapest market in Busan on the west side, and JNR Kamada Station, which goes to Gijang and Lotte Out Red where there is a crab market, and there are many cheap restaurants around, so you can enjoy it cheaply.
The rooms are not pretty, but there is also a refrigerator, and there is no price around here, so you can taste Busan differently.

There was no heater even the temperature is less than - 6 degree. Just electric warm mat onto the bad only.
Toilet is too cold due to no heater, it was really hard to take a shower.. Too cold. Too dark. Too old.. Seems to be over 100 years.....
