ok for budget travellers

what we book is a room good for a group for 4-5 person. Wifi not that strong but its ok, since most of the time we were out. Room is ok i can say 6/10. Bathroom is common use (on our floor) 2 toilet 3 bath, 2 sink so you have to manage time. Bathroom is so-so i guess i can rate it as 5/10. we never had chance to make contact to any personnel. so you just get in there on your check in, then check yourselves out after. if you need something you can text/chat them online, they will deliver as soon as they can (xtra mattress/towel etc)
What i like on this guest house is the location. its near Hongkik university, walking distance to a train station, and lots more

Just OK

Guest House in Hongdae, near to the Hongdae Station, the guest house has (maybe) cafe and some cute bunnies. The staff was not so nice and the water heater was not good. For budget traveller, it was just ok

dirty room. not recommended.

Unfortunately I believe in the power of reviews and if I am writing a bad review is because I believe the people running this guesthouse will improve the hygiene of this place. The room was filthy. smelled dump. mattress is of poor quality. the springs can be felt on your back.
Location is good. nice touch for providing a tablet in the room that can be used. shower is nice.

Buena estancia en Seul

La localización es fantástica; muy cerca del metro Honkig Universit. Las chicas que lo llevan son francesas y muy muy simpáticas, y aunque podrían prestar más atención al estado de las habitaciones (papel higiénico!!), son muy atentas y ayudan mucho. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. Fácil para conocer gente.

Lokasi strategis, kekurangan staff

Lokasinya sangat strategis, hanya 10 menit dari exit 1 hongdae station. Dekat sekali dengan hongdae street (beauty shops, fashion shops, restaurant). Lokasinya juara.
Namun kekurangannya, staff hanya satu (dia sangat ramah dan fasih berbahasa inggris karena dia orang perancis). Karena hanya dia yang bekerja, dan saya rasa kekurangan tenaga cleaner. Beberapa hari saya lihat, sampah di toilet tidak dibuang, penuh dengan toilet paper.
Keset kamar mandi sering basah. Saya menginap selama 6 hari, namun kamar saya tidak pernah dibersihkan (tidak ada penggantian handuk).
Untuk sarapan dimulai jam 9 pagi, itupun persedian roti nya tidak banyak.
Sebenernya saya suka sekali dengan hostel ini, staff ramah, owner helpful, lokasi sangat strategis. Namun tampaknya hostel ini harus mencari staff tambahan untuk membantu membersihkan hostel.
