Quiet & Convenient
As the name says it, the guesthouse is literally one-minute away from the metro station. Apart from that, you are also one-minute away from the Cheonggyecheon Stream, which is highly recommended place for a stroll especially during the evening. The guesthouse is also surrounded by eateries and a short walk away from convenient stores and the visitor information station.
Guests are able to leave their baggage at the storage area if the room is still not ready for check-in, or after their stay (same day only). There is also a water dispenser at the common area, as well as a washer and dryer if you wanted to get your laundry done.
The room is suitable for solo travel, or if you're travelling with a partner/spouse. Albeit a little small, the bed is actually quite comfortable, and the room also comes with a makeshift sofa bed.
If you are looking for a quiet place to rest, that is conveniently located near the metro and places of interest, this is the place to be!
The only downside of the place is the drainage smell that exudes from the sink and bathroom drain that is too obvious to ignore. Do remember to keep the bathroom door close at all times.
(Note: Please check your email at least 24-hour prior to your check-in to obtain the keycode to enter the premise. There are no staff present most of the time. During my stay, I only bump into the staff for less than 5-minute on one of the evening.)

“Awesome Guesthouse In The Heart of Seoul”
This is my second time stay in Dodam Guesthouse in Seoul ,what could I said more than this is perfect guesthouse in Seoul,The word could not describe how amazing experience stay in Dodam Guesthouse, walking distance to Seoul Station Subway,convenience store,restaurant,interested place in city centre.. The owner of this Guesthouse Park Sang Hyuk its really helpful and kind , the warm welcome to his guesthouse make you feel you at home, room, toilet its really clean... this is guesthouse dont expect like a hotel have a cleaner so if you take care a good your room it will be clean and nice just make it like your house definitely you will love to stay over here, I am stay here more than a week and feel like a home.. credit to Park Sang Hyuk he will give all the information that you need about Seoul.. Hope you could come here and feel the experience of guesthouse in the heart of city centre..

The owner of this Guesthouse Park Sang Hyuk its really helpful and kind , the warm welcome to his guesthouse make you feel you at home, room, toilet its really clean... this is guesthouse dont expect like a hotel have a cleaner so if you take care a good your room it will be clean and nice just make it like your house definitely you will love to stay over here, I am stay here more than a week and feel like a home.. credit to Park Sang Hyuk he will give all the information that you need about Seoul.. Hope you could come here and feel the experience of guesthouse in the heart of city centre..

역과 가까운게 가장 좋았고 방도 깔끔했어요. 날이 추워지는데 방이 따뜻했고 필요한거 다 갖춰져있었음. 가성비 좋아요ㅋㅋ
