Service was disappointing

Everything was good about Andy House except that service could have been better. The location is awesome, just 2mins walk from Hongik exit 2, the most convenient that I have stayed in Korea so far. Room and toilet was big and comfortable and facilities were complete. The only disappointing factor was Andy's service. Firstly, I was told that check-in details would be provided one day before but it was not given until I chased Andy for it at 11.45pm the night before my flight and he finally sent it over at 12plus. Secondly, we realized that there was no housekeeping service when we were there and requested for it on the second last day of our trip. Andy agreed but he did not arrange anything. Thirdly, I have enquired when I made my booking that I would need Andy's help to keep my luggage after we check out on the last day till 5pm before we head to the airport. Andy agreed to this prior to our stay but on the last night of our stay, I was told at 12am to leave with everything by 2pm the next day. When I explained that he had given too late a notice for us to make arrangements, he was not apologetic and insisted that we followed his instructions. Luckily we met a nice person in the building the next day to help us keep our luggage. Lastly, Andy offered to rent us the wifi egg during our stay but he overcharged us for it. And when we arrived, the device was not even charged and was not ready for use. We paid for 5 days rental but was told to return at 11am on the 5th day.
My stay at Andy's house would be perfect if Andy had been more proactive in providing information and also if he was more attentive in listening to the requests of his guests. The feeling I got was that he was too busy for his guests or that he cannot be bothered at all since we have paid. I hope that the service can be improved before I recommend this place to my friends.
