Accoglienza calorosa da parte del manager, necessità di miglioramenti per le pulizie
Posizione comoda, molto vicina alla stazione Guui. Tuttavia, ci vogliono alcuni spostamenti e trasferimenti per andare all'aeroporto. C'è anche un costante rumore di treno, quindi fai attenzione se sei sensibile ai suoni come me. Vivo al 29° piano e riesco ancora a sentire chiaramente il rumore del treno, a meno che non metti musica nella stanza.
Siamo arrivati tardi a mezzanotte. Al check-in, abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza calorosa e saluti dal team Pullman. Tutti sembrano in forma ed energici. Il processo è stato veloce e apprezziamo anche il trattamento per il compleanno che hanno preparato.
Ci è piaciuta molto l'ospitalità della reception, ma il servizio in camera richiede miglioramenti.
Hanno offerto elettrodomestici intelligenti come il tablet, il che è un vantaggio, ma quando abbiamo richiesto della carta igienica dal tablet poiché eravamo rimasti senza, ci è voluto così tanto tempo per consegnarla che ho deciso di uscire e prenderne un po'.
Inoltre, il cestino non veniva pulito / svuotato quotidianamente. Non riesco a sopportare il cestino già mezzo pieno di rifiuti e ci vuole più di un giorno per pulirlo. È disgustoso. Le nostre posate usate non sono state raccolte e pulite.
Vorrei anche che ci fosse un cartello dove potessi chiedere di NON rifare il letto, poiché la nostra biancheria da notte e le amenità da comodino erano sparse attorno al letto. Non ho mai visto alcun hotel mettere gli oggetti del letto lontano dal letto, specialmente in Asia, dove la pulizia è molto apprezzata. Non mi sento a mio agio con la pulizia della camera data la spazzatura e le posate non pulite, quindi sono molto infastidito dalla biancheria da notte messa di lato. Posso immaginare che l'hotel si usurerà rapidamente senza una corretta pulizia.
In generale, è leggermente costoso se non si utilizzano le strutture (piscina e palestra). Non abbiamo grandi problemi con l'aria condizionata, anche se funziona in automatico e non segue realmente la temperatura impostata.

Fantastica nuova opzione di hotel a Seoul.
Il mio soggiorno al Pullman ha superato le mie aspettative. Dal momento in cui sono arrivata, sono stata accolta calorosamente e ho fatto il check-in rapidamente. L'hotel ha un bel caffè nella hall dove puoi prendere un drink al tuo arrivo. La mia camera era spettacolare! La vista del fiume era incantevole e la doccia era anche di buone dimensioni. L'hotel è collegato a un centro commerciale, il che è stato molto comodo per mangiare, fare shopping e anche per prendere snack e prodotti da una farmacia. Il cibo e le bevande dell'hotel erano anche molto deliziosi e assicurati di provare alcuni cocktail, poiché il barista è straordinario e prepara bevande molto deliziose e creative. Essendo un hotel completamente nuovo di meno di un anno, il servizio è stato eccellente (di solito il servizio a questo livello richiede tempo per i nuovi hotel) e hanno anticipato le mie esigenze. Ethan, Ryan, David e Chef Lee hanno tutti contribuito a rendere il mio soggiorno particolarmente speciale come viaggiatore solitario. L'hotel ha un enorme centro fitness, oltre a una bellissima piscina e un'area con vasca idromassaggio (c'è anche una piccola area giochi per bambini). Personale incredibile - consiglio vivamente
5 / 5 . Il servizio del personale era incredibile. Super cordiale e disponibile. Ho detto loro che cibo volevo e mi hanno consigliato alcune opzioni locali e mi hanno anche aiutato a ordinare via telefono. Il personale ha anche aiutato a portare le mie due valigie per la strada principale come l'uber si è fermato nella posizione sbagliata.
Piscina e palestra sono di prim'ordine. Palestra ha tutte le attrezzature technogym e molto pulito
1 fermata di treno da Seongsu deve visitare l'area.
