Great stay - friendly staff - good food

We had a lovely time at Fauna Lodge and stayed for 3 nights half board. The room was great, air con and a fan if needed, mosquito net on the window so you can leave it open. Really nice balcony to sit on. Good pool area and bar to chill out at. Lots of birds in the garden and we also saw a spider monkey on our first day.
The food was very good and they catered for dietary requirements no problem.
Big thank you to all the staff they were very friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Margot, who was a great help in organising all our transport logistics and meals - she made our stay perfect.
We didn't interact much with the owners, they used the bar/restaurant often in the evenings.
We organised our tours with a separate company, so can't comment on the top trails tours.

Pura Vida

Well equipped, new and clean place in the middle of the jungle. Very friendly staff. Orlando, Yuri, Anita, Carlos, Laura and lovely Indiana.
They've made us feel like one more of the family.
Breakfast and dinner, hearty and very good.
They made us a pack with top trails to be able to make the excursions with the included transport. We would certainly repeat

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay at Fauna. The lodge is located right in the jungle, close to the national park, and is surrounded by stunning nature. We saw monkeys and were lulled to sleep – and awakened in the morning – by birdsong and the sound of grasshoppers (or whatever it was….).
Although set in the midst of pristine nature, the lodge has everything you need for a restful stay after a day in Corcovado, including a pool and a bar. Highly recommended.

Great stay immersed in nature

We stayed at Fauna Lodge in the beginning of November for our visit in Corcovado. We were greeted by Orlando who was extremely respectful and helpful all throughout our stay. The local cuisine that is prepared in this little oasis is also excellent.

Oasis of Corcovado 5 stars ⭐️ stay

This place is being managed by sweet local family who will make you feel at home! The decoration and facilities are clean and well maintained! Loved the breakfasts and dinners t, they took the extra care by accommodating our personal needs. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Will definitely recommend it 5 stars ⭐️ oasis in Corcovado!!
