Fabulous

From start to finish a fabulous week at the Hotel Croatia, room was lovely & a complimentary bottle of fizz to celebrate our recent marriage was such a lovely touch, the staff were friendly & helpful, the facilities are fabulous, beautiful areas to relax as well as the pool areas quite simply there is nothing we could fault at all. We were B &B and again breakfast did not disappoint plenty to choose from, but hey, don’t take my word for it get it booked & experience for yourself, Cavtat & Hotel Croatia we take home many happy memories ❤️

This hotel reminds me of a Premier Inn. I wouldn’t say it is 4 star, more like a good 3 star. It’s very clean, comfortable but basic. No mini bar, the fridge was empty. Basic toiletries, no tea or coffee facilities, no glasses for water, wifi is weak for video calls. The breakfast is ok if you don’t mind packet cheese, ham, chicken. All very processed. Carton juice, just not the best of quality.
Pluses - clean, quiet, comfortable, good aircon, good location.
If you are expecting British in this region (Baska Voda), it’s not that common. This was not a problem though. The area is relaxed and safe, lots of families and the beach is great.

AMAZING

Amazing friendly staff,great location,everything a small hotel should be.Its like a family run business.If going to Baska Voda you will not be disapointed with either the hotel or beautiful Baska Voda itself.

Brilliant Hotel and fantastic Staff

We spent 7 days at the Hotel Croatia and we were so well looked after we REALLY didn't want to leave. Nella and her staff were totally committed to making our stay the best it could possibly be. Nothing was too much bother.....they even sorted a parking fine I'd picked up in Split.
Baska Voda itself is really lovely with plenty to do and places to go ......marina; pebbled beach; walks; cycling; sailing etc. Restaurants and Bars are plentiful and very reasonable (special mention to Puntin's Restaurant - food was excellent and well priced and The Brothers Bar - good service and Premier League games)
We hired a car and went further afield too...Krakr National Park is absolutely stunning and Makarska, Split and Trogir are all well worth a visit. The whole area is just beautiful and a MUST to visit. Our experience of Croatia is one we will never forget and hope to return, but the thing that really made the holiday were people in the Hotel Croatia. They were just amazing.

Wonderful hotel and lovely surroundings

I wanted a quiet hotel and that's what I got - the owners are really welcoming and couldn't do enough for me - breakfast is really fresh and caters for everyone- all the staff were friendly and helpful
This was my first solo trip and I loved it - I went on a fabulous trip to jura mountain and my guide was a local fireman - I really rate this hotel and it was excellent value - its right in the heart of Baska Voda with a beach close by and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from as well as the one attached to the hotel - come and visit you will not be disappointed
