Perfect stay for the price
Recently stayed here for 4 nights with a group of friends. Perfect for what you need, clean apartment that can sleep up to 6 people. Host was very welcoming and helpful giving us advice on where to go.
Location is a little in the middle with the old town roughly 15 minute walk and lapad beach area 25 minute walk, which is fine if you don’t mind walking but something to think about if that’s a problem.

Great location!
I was a little skeptical about renting an apartment, some of the pictures looked dreadful, but it was lovely! The best part was the location, right in the heart of old town. Dubrovnik has an insane amount of stairs and to not have to climb them everytime we went to our room was great. The only drawback was they collected garbage outside our window very early every morning and woke us up.

Great apartments!
We took two apartments and were not disappointed. The apartments are very well made and cozy. Full kitchen with everything you need (including perishables: salt, oil, etc) and laundry machine. Rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which is fantastic. Nice balconies with partial views of the bay provide evening time sitting areas.
Our hosts were very welcoming and took the time to walk us through the apartment explaining everything and gave us some good recommendations on Dubrovnik.
The old city is a 15 minute walk as is the closest beach.
I'd stay here again if I ever return to Dubrovnik with family.

Fantastic value for money
A group of 12 of us rented two apartments for a 4 night stay for a friend's wedding in Dubrovnik. I couldn't recommend the apartments highly enough. In stark contrast to the many pricey hotels we considered, the apartments offered fantastic value for money and were spacious, clean and ideally located to walk to the Old Town.
Goranka was very helpful, booking airport transfers and taxis (also very reasonable) when requested, and she was so patient with our group, who admittedly could be noisy and excitable at times!
We had a fantastic balcony and terrace, the kitchen was well equipped and a supermarket was just around the corner.
The only slight negative was that the beds were very hard, however this would not deter us from staying again if we were visiting Dubrovnik, I'd strongly recommend for families or large groups.

5 Star apartments
What a surprise to find a modern, spacious, clean, well equipped apartment with secure parking in the middle of Dubrovnik!
The owner, Goranka, was so helpful in addressing any of our requests.
This has to be one of the premier apartment complex in Dubrovnik.
