Miglior hotel a Dubrovnik per posizione e valore
Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Ottima vista, servizio, posizione e personale. Tutto era incredibile e siamo stati molto fortunati ad essere aggiornato all'arrivo in quanto era il mio compleanno. Bottiglia a sorpresa anche di Prosecco. I negozi e ristoranti sono a pochi passi di distanza, ma abbiamo mangiato qui per la colazione e abbiamo bevuto qualcosa prima di andare a letto nel bar. Era adorabile. Le piscine e la palestra sono ben tenute e accappatoi e pantofole forniti.

Un posto magnifico dove soggiornare a Dubrovnik~!
Questo hotel è stata una delle sorprese più belle del nostro recente viaggio in Francia, Italia e Croazia. Situato sopra una bellissima baia, protetta dal vento, era gloriosamente moderno, aggiornato, con aree pubbliche belle, piscina, con accesso al lungomare per passeggiare lungo la baia verso innumerevoli ristoranti, da 3 * a 5 *. La hall è a livello stradale al 10° piano. La nostra camera era al 9°, e con il grande balcone, era completamente fronte mare! La quiete notturna garantisce un buon sonno in letti confortevoli. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliero, ottimi biancheria e un personale incredibilmente disponibile alla reception e al concierge hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno di 3 giorni meraviglioso. Completa il tutto con un incredibile buffet per la colazione.

Peccato per il cibo
Questo è un hotel incantevole in una posizione fantastica che si affaccia sul mare, il personale a contatto con i clienti è eccellente e svolge i propri compiti con diligenza per il bene degli ospiti.
Sfortunatamente, non posso dire lo stesso dell'offerta gastronomica che abbiamo trovato ben al di sotto degli standard per questo hotel a 4 stelle. L'hotel a 5 stelle, il cibo del buffet veniva servito tiepido, il che è stato portato all'attenzione del manager del ristorante! Nel nostro secondo giorno, questo ha portato il ristorante a offrire solo il pasto principale scegliendo dal menu à la carte per il resto della settimana e questo veniva servito direttamente dalla cucina.
Nella nostra seconda settimana lì, questo è tornato al cibo del buffet tiepido da cui dovevamo scegliere e loro lo portavano via, lo riscaldavano nel microonde e ce lo riportavano; questo cibo offerto non era affatto presentato in modo appetitoso, non c'è un microonde a disposizione per gli ospiti per riscaldare il proprio cibo alla temperatura desiderata.
L'opzione A la Carte è stata nuovamente proposta nelle 2 domeniche in cui eravamo lì, poiché non c'era un'offerta di buffet in questi giorni per qualche motivo. Abbiamo dato a questo hotel 3 stelle basandoci sulla loro offerta di cibo eclettica e tiepida; abbiamo avuto cibo di gran lunga migliore in hotel a 3 stelle che mettono in ombra la loro offerta di buffet e rimpiangiamo di aver scelto la mezza pensione in questo hotel, poiché ci sono molti ristoranti disponibili nei dintorni di questo hotel. La direzione di questo hotel deve seriamente esaminare ciò che viene offerto nel loro hotel per raggiungere un punteggio di 4. 5 stelle da parte degli ospiti

Hotel fantastico
Un hotel fantastico. Così nuovo, così pulito. Collegamento in autobus o taxi per il centro storico. Proprio di fronte c'è la spiaggia con molte opzioni di caffè e cibo. Fantastico semplicemente scendere e fare una corsa lungo il percorso panoramico. La vista dall'hotel è incredibile. Ottimo soggiorno.

Altamente raccomandato.
Hotel stupendo, la camera era favolosa e affacciata sulla baia di Lapad, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui e il cibo e la colazione erano favolosi con ottime scelte e il personale era sempre disponibile, ha davvero reso la mia vacanza qui, avrei voluto prenotare per più tempo, quindi tornerò sicuramente ❤️.
