Best hotel resort in Dubrovnik
The entire team was impeccable: attentive, genuinely kind and always ready to help. The General Manager was also incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made the experience feel even more special.
Our room had a privileged sea view, and watching the sunset from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by incredible natural scenery.
What I also loved about the hotel, and the Royal Hotels & Resort group in general, is how complete the experience is. There are so many facilities, activities and beautiful spaces to enjoy that it is genuinely difficult to find a reason to leave the hotel.
It was one of those stays that you simply do not want to end. I absolutely loved my time there and I am already looking forward to going back.

Breakfast was very good, with tasty food and plenty to enjoy, although a little more variety would have made it even better. The hotel is not too far from the Old Town, and getting there was easy and affordable using Bolt taxis or the local bus service. Overall, a great place to stay and one we would happily recommend.

Do not recommend this hotel.
After driving 800 kilometers, we were hoping for a wonderful holiday, but instead we were met with a nightmare.
I have stayed at this hotel before and know the hotel very well. When we were shown to our room, it turned out to be the lowest-category room, with no sea view, a small balcony, and a very small room.
We went down to reception and complained that we had not been given the room we had booked. The staff were completely uninterested and told us, “If you don’t like it, you can find another hotel.”
They have no professionalism and simply do not care about their guests or their feelings. It seems that money is the only thing that matters here, while everything else is secondary.
Be careful and do not book this hotel directly through their website. When we complained, there were also guests from Italy next to us who had booked the hotel through Booking.com, and they had also been given a lower-category room. Their requests, however, were accommodated.

Best 5 day break
The only moan is that you get one bottle of complimentary water when you arrive.
But we did buy some water from the mini bar and also boiled water in the kettle, let it cool and filled our bottles up when going out.
But I would definitely go back. The Sky Bar was great. Adults only and Infinity pool was great. Not once did we have to reserve sun beds. Plenty of loungers and comfortable seats available.
Breakfast stuff were also lovely and helpful. Room was cleaned every day. Absolutely great service.
We mostly ate in the nearby town Lapad as we loved the beautiful walk down to the town. But the choice of restaurants in the hotel complex was also fab. We ate in Bono Pizza place. That was great
We had a great 5 day stay. Thank you!

We're glad you enjoyed the Sky Bar, the adults-only infinity pool, and had no trouble finding a spot to relax. It's also great to hear you explored Lapad and enjoyed Bono Pizzeria, along with our on-site dining options.
Regarding the water, we currently offer one complimentary bottle as a welcome amenity — though tap water in Dubrovnik is perfectly safe to drink. That said, we appreciate your feedback and take it into consideration.
