Before going to bed, you can walk around the main landmarks of the city. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the apartment — Nereo Rocco Stadium, Basilica Paleocristiana and Fiera Trieste Exhibition Center.

Very Impressed

The location of this property is stunning with balcony view over the busy marina. You have access to all Pineta Hotel and Belvedere resort facilities without having to climb the steep hill everyday. Excellent facilities provided in these hotels. Staff very helpful and friendly. The apartment is spacious and very clean we were four and had ample space. The small working kitchen area was adequate yo make breakfast and lunchtime snacks but eating in the many restaurants is so cheap it is not a problem. If to be picky the addition of a kettle and toaster would be an advantage not essential.I will certainly return to the Riva if back in Vrsar could not complain about anything.

Sempre carino

Il mese di febbraio è decisamente fuori stagione, ma l’hotel e gli appartamenti sono occupati da molti clienti che apprezzano, come me, anche fuori stagione questo piccolo paese. Nel complesso e pensando al prezzo, la sistemazione è ottima, la vista incantevole, i servizi sono quelli dell’hotel quindi bar, palestra, piscina etc. Oramai sono un affezionato cliente e non vedo l’ora di tornarci.

Fast perfekt

Super schöne Umgebung, direkt am Hafen. Das Appartement ist eher minimalistisch eingerichtet, jeder hat nur ein Messer, ein Löffel. WLAN perfekt, deutsches Fernsehen, heißes Wasser. Room Service eher sporadisch.
Jederzeit wieder!

Apartments wie sie sein sollen

Zentral am Hafen von Vrsar gelegen, befinden sich an der Uferpromenade die Riva Apartments. Unser Aufenthalt war im Oktober 2014 und wir waren von Leistung und Preis völlig begeistert. Gemietet haben wir zwei Apartments mit zwei Paaren.
Das hat uns sehr gefallen:
Typisch kroatischer Charme. Sehr wohlig und nicht übertrieben "hyper". Die Apartmentanlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Reinigungsdamen bereiteten uns eine sehr saubere Wohneinheit. Auch im Außenbereich war alles sauber und wirkte sehr sympatisch und farbenfroh.
Viel Platz im großen Apartment mit über 40 qm. Vollständige Küche, große Couch, gute Betten und sehr viel Platz für sicherlich 5 Personen.
Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Hafen und die Altstadt Vrsar's. Der Balkon ist sehr klein, lediglich für zwei Personen mit Tisch und Gestühl ausreichend... Aber die Bauart gibt halt leider nichts anderes her.
Apartments Riva ist an das Hotel Belvedere angegliedert. Deshalb erst einchecken oben im Belvedere und dann Apartment beziehen. Das Personal war übrigens auch überdurchschnittlich zuvorkommend.

Appartamenti confortevole e comodo.
Siamo qui con due gatti che si sono subito ambientati ed adattati.
Personale disponibile che ha capito la situazione rispettando i nostri tempi e chiedendoci per pulizie e cambio lenzuole-asciugamani...senza rischiare di farli scappare
