Very good nice little hotel. The best dinner is here at the hotel. Good, big spacious rooms. Little difficult to step out of the bathtub because it is a high step. TV with a lot of channels. Good swimming pool with view. Short walk to center, food and beach. We did not have air condition for three days. Even though the reception said it worked, we were soaked in sweat the whole night and woke up with a head ache. They said it was because we opened the door. But we only did that two times a day to get out our swimming outfit. So one of the night I had to sit in the hallway because it was to warm. In the hall, reception and bar it was cold and lovely.
The other guest did not have it like this. So I think we were very unlucky...

This was her first time booking through Hotels.com, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing.
When we checked into the room, we looked around and immediately noticed that the master bathroom sink had not been cleaned. There were short trimmed hairs that appeared to be pubic hair in the sink. We also found similar hairs on one of the bath towels. I took photographs of both, carefully bagged the towel, and brought it to the front desk. I showed the staff the photos and left the contaminated towel with them. They apologized and told us someone would come clean the bathroom.
We left for dinner, but when we returned several hours later, the room and bathrooms had still not been cleaned.
Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The toilet flush mechanism detached from the wall in two of the bathrooms. I contacted the front desk and requested maintenance, but no one ever came. After waiting, I had to repair the flush mechanisms myself by watching a couple of YouTube videos.
The lack of cleanliness upon arrival, the failure to follow through after reporting the issue, and the complete lack of response to the maintenance request are unacceptable and fell well below the standard we expected.
Given these circumstances, I believe a 40% refund of our reservation is fair. I appreciate your time and look forward to your response.

Property was great. Staff was extremely helpful. Location was good.
Only minor thing I will add is if you aren’t providing the house keeping daily. Then help with emptying the bins and changing the towels

A fantastic hotel found by chance after a cancelled flight. Rooms are just fabulous - generous size and really comfortable. Coffee shop on site provides a great breakfast included in the room rate and the on site pizzeria was a life saver.

Perfect base for a long weekend, we travelled as a couple for a relaxing long weekend. Hotel is just 15mins (10€) from airport, check in was quick, room was huge and well appointed, hotel is located walking distance from restaurants and the beach front. Staff lovely, Breakfast was lovely ( best homemade granola ever) old town easily accessible in 20 mins and around 15€. Would highly recommend.
