Lovely and clean and easy communication with the host.
If I went again I would stay either closer to the town or on the coast near it as this felt a little bit in the middle of nowhere

We will not be staying here again.
Our stay ended in a very upsetting and intimidating manner.
We booked and paid for this accommodation in full through Hotels.com before we travelled. However, on the morning we were due to leave, the host demanded that we pay again, insisting on a cash payment only. We politely refused because our accommodation had already been paid for through the Hotels.com booking platform.
The host then became rude, confrontational and unprofessional. After we returned home, we received messages falsely accusing us of fraud and of leaving without paying. These allegations are completely untrue and are extremely distressing.
As a result of the seriousness of the accusations and the demand for a cash payment outside the booking platform, we have reported the matter to Hotels.com. We have also reported the incident to the Croatian police so there is an official record of what occurred.
The accommodation itself did not meet our expectations, and when combined with the host’s behaviour and the way we were treated, this was one of the worst experiences we have had while travelling.
I would strongly advise anyone booking this property to ensure that all payments are made only through the official booking platform and to keep copies of all correspondence.
We will not be staying here again.

Extremely BAD
I requested a date change one week before arrival because my Schengen visa dates did not align with the original booking dates. Agoda support was willing to adjust the dates, but the property refused to move the booking despite sufficient notice. The communication felt dismissive and unhelpful, and I had no practical choice but to cancel.
No full or partial refund as well.
Complete loss. They might have made money with other guests for same day.
Brutal customer experience.
