On the day of check-in, after the scheduled check-in time, we had still not received any information regarding the access code to the property. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact the phone numbers provided, which were either unavailable or non-existent, we eventually managed to find another number through Google and contacted the property via WhatsApp.
To our surprise, we were informed that they had no knowledge of our reservation and that they had not noticed it because they had never received bookings through Trip.com before. We do not understand how this could happen, but as guests, we should not be affected by the property's internal issues.
The property then offered us accommodation at a different address, claiming it would be an upgrade. However, upon arrival, we discovered that only one room was available, despite the fact that our reservation was for two rooms. After considerable discussion with the manager, an agreement was reached whereby we would stay in two separate rooms for the first night and in one room with extra beds for the second night. In addition, the property agreed to refund 50% of the amount paid.
Approximately one hour later, after we had left for a short period, we returned to find that the manager had decided to remove our belongings from the second room without our consent. We were informed that we would now have to spend both nights in a single room with extra beds because there had been a last-minute reservation. As a result, the agreement that had just been reached was not respected.
Throughout this experience, we faced repeated changes, lack of communication, and a service that was substantially different from what we had booked and paid for. We reserved and paid for two rooms, but this service was never provided.
Although the property refunded 50% of the original reservation amount, we do not believe that this adequately compensates for the significant inconvenience, stress, wasted time, and the fact that the accommodation delivered was materially different from what was advertised and booked.

I received a message asking when I wanted to check in, and I replied that I would arrive around 17:00. I arrived slightly after 17:30 at the provided address and called the number from the message, but received no answer.
After finally reaching someone on a different number, communication was difficult as the person seemed stressed. I was then informed that the booking had been overbooked and that I had been moved to a different address.
When I arrived at the new address, the property was still under construction. The contact person asked for another hour before the room would be ready; I agreed to give him two hours. I finally received access at approximately 20:30.
The room was clearly unfinished, with drilling dust on the floor and curtains that could not be closed. The bathrooms were shared, which had not been made clear beforehand. In addition, construction work continued in other rooms in the same house until around 22:30.

Forfærdelig bygninger i forfald, dørhåndtag der falder af, gardiner og persienner der ikke virker, lamper / belysning mangler osv……

Ved ankomsten måtte vi selv henvende os for at få en kode til dørene.
Værelset var flot indrettet, rent og pænt. Og sengen var god.
Nettet var ustabilt og faldt ud flere gang uden vores ophold på et døgn. Og vi kunne ikke logge på Disney som der ellers stod, men Netflix virkede.
Vi fik kun udlevert 1 håndklæde, det ville have været rigtig dejligt med ét mere til at stå på nu hvor man deler bad med andre.
Da man skulle dele bad med andre ville det have været rigtig dejligt med et spejl på værelset så man kunne gøre sig klar der.
Vi fik desværre heller ikke et værelse med den beliggenhed som vi havde bestilt.
Det var fint og rent, men dyr i forhold til hvad man fik, og ikke fik.
Vi tog hjem en dag før.

Lige inden indcheckning fik jeg besked om ændret lokation. Den tilsendte kode til værelset virkede ikke. Værelset var slet ikke som de afbillede værelser. Værst af alt: jeg fik et værelse i et baghus i stueetagen og ud til en baggård, hvor der blev parkeret og var affaldsplads.
Det var meget utrygt med et værelse i stueplan med et stort vinduesparti ud til gården og et rullegardin der nødtørftigt skulle skærme mod indsyn. Der blev tilmed banket på vinduet udefra om aftenen. Meget utrygt for solorejsende.
