Nice location by the sea. Central!

Nice welcome! Nice reception and dining area. Good breakfast and cosy outdoor area when the sea. ! Too high beds in the room. Rigid bedding and weird, casual pillows. No AC, missed shower in the bathroom. (Juniorsuite). Seems the arrangement of having to ask for the cleaning of the room the day before, was a strange and a little too easy arrangement in such a nice hotel. Should have been automatic cleaning, at least every other day.

Great front of house staff. Unfortunately we arrived late and found it very difficult to park near to the hotel. The room was also very hot, with more air circulation despite the windows being opened all night and the fan being on. To compound matters, our window opened out on to the main road and I’m afraid the bed was very firm. We carried in additional bedding from the car (memory foam mattress), but given we couldn’t park near it was a bit of a mission.

Good hotel

My wife and I visited the hotel in connection with the Tall Ships Race in 2026 and I must say that we could not wish for better. A small minus is the lack of P places but it is not worse as there are places right across in Fields. The room was clean and nice and there was what we needed of coffee/the as well as an excellent electric kettle. All in all a hotel we would like to return to.

Nice hotel with a good central location

Nice hotel with a good central location, clean room in a good size and with easy possibility of casting to the TV.
We missed a better head pillow, as those that were there were very small and slightly disappeared between the top mattress and the back wall.
In addition, the room was extremely warm to sleep in, despite the fact that there had been only 15-18° outside during the day - fortunately the room was equipped with a small fan that we could have run all night.

Unfortunately, our room was very hot during our stay. Although a fan was provided, it did little to cool the room down. We couldn’t keep the window open because of the heavy traffic noise just outside, which made it difficult to sleep. We asked if it was possible to change rooms, but unfortunately, no other rooms were available.
We also had our bikes parked outside, and during the night someone stole the toolboxes mounted on them. This was not the hotel’s fault, but it did make us feel that the surrounding area was not particularly secure.
