The staff was lovely. Breakfast was great. Room was big snd clean and very comfortable. Short walk to metro. Long walk to attractions but Hotel Hans was in a neighborhood. On a busy rosd but very quiet. Loved it.

A Hidden Gem in Copenhagen

As soon as you pull into the parking lot and see the cozy and inviting terrace, all your stress melts away. The staff is generally very friendly, though the service at breakfast is, unfortunately, a bit gruff and cold. Between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., hotel guests are offered free wine, and between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., a free nightcap. Very tasty, cozy, and thoughtful. The breakfast here is exceptionally delicious and extensive, featuring super-tasty organic products, all equally fresh and flavorful. The only downside: being directed to Scarpetta restaurant for dinner. It was extremely crowded, loud, hot, and uninviting there, with a very limited menu. The food itself was also rather bland and subpar—not exactly what you’d expect from an Italian restaurant. The service was cold and not particularly inviting. This stands in stark contrast to everything Hotel Hans itself stands for: being very customer-friendly, quiet, clean, and beautiful.

Copenhagen in the Summer

We had an excellent stay, liked the room, it was close to the Metro and we were able to walk to all the heritage sites we wanted to visit.

Great hotel, great staff – I’d love to come back

We really enjoyed it; the location is brilliant – you can get into the city very quickly by metro and bus, and it’s also easy to explore on foot! An all-round successful holiday, thanks in part to the hotel
