Location, location, location
I chose this hotel as it is within a two minute walk from the Kongens Nytorv station (right behind Magasin) and a 5-7 minute stumble from Balderdash, my favorite bar in Copenhagen. Arrived very late at night and the front desk agent was very pleasant. He explained where breakfast was served and the various amenities. I was in room 104, just watch out that there are steps down to the bed as I found out after face planting softly into the bed. Yes, the room was small, but the bathroom was actually spacious. There is a coffee maker. I liked being able to walk up and down the stairs instead of using the elevator. I did not hear the elevator at all, but I did have the fan running.
Of note, even though there is a thermostat in the room, the temperature of the room is set centrally, make sure that the air con (and i suspect heating) is turned on by the front desk when you arrive.
The breakfast was a la carte and filling.
There were able to watch my bags when I checked out and easily picked them up later in the day.
i would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic hotel and staff. The breakfast was amazing- the delicious overnight oats were my favourite. The hotel is very near 2 metro stations and right in the centre of town so it’s easy to get out and about.
I really appreciated Frederik’s and Christopher’s help with the items we left behind in our room.
Recommend this hotel and would definitely return- it’s worth the money.

The hotel is very nice, but what stands out is the great hospitality and customer service.
Both the evening team checking me in and the morning team checking me out was very friendly and helpful.

It's one of the best metropolitan boutique hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff were superb, the room spacious and comfortable and the location is fantastic for walking around Copenhagen. Breakfast is incredible, the lounge perfect for a cocktail and the restaurant provides an amazing dining experience. I will stay there everytime I visit Copenhagen.

This is my second stay at the hotel. On my previous visit the breakfast was buffet style which I liked much better.
The hotel was full so the wait for food was long. Also I didn’t like the star system. Too little food was included.
