Clean, comfortable and safe.Teeny tiny!

We booked into this last minute after discovering our original hotel was a scary hostel. We were so pleased it was safe and clean we were probably easy customers. But honestly if you don't mind tight spaces (think a cabin on a ship) then this is great. Safe car park, easy check in and out, can extend check out by the hour which proved helpful. Staff were friendly, fresh food and drinks at random times which we needed and so we were really comfortable and relieved to be there. I would stay again at a good price.

Terrible!

Not a great stay!
The entrance to this hotel is quite deceiving because, once you’re inside, it’s complete chaos. There were huge queues at reception, long delays checking in, and staff who seemed either unhappy in their jobs or simply uninterested in helping guests.
Unfortunately, it only gets worse when you reach the room. It felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel. The beds were little more than camp beds, the floors and mattresses were dirty, and the bathroom design was unbelievable, the shower is literally positioned over the toilet..
The gym was one of the few positives. It was well equipped, and there were individual bathrooms with much better showers than those in the rooms.
We didn’t eat at the hotel, but from what we saw, the food didn’t look particularly appetising.

Avoid this cage

The rooms are Not the size of the cabin as the name says but rather move restricting dog crate. Even for 1 person there is barely any space, Not to mention 3 people. The bathroom is even worse. It is the size of literal normal shower cabin. Even for 1 night it is Not worth the value. Remember comfort is a standard Not a luxury. Location is OK, if you enjoy walking a lot. Getting to the room through the maze of Floors and corridirs makes me feel anxious. The athmosphere was sterile, non inviting to stay any longer than absolutely necessary. Avoid this hotel. The food is average.

Not good

Absolutely the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The rooms were super tiny, the beds were rock hard and the heat in the rooms made it impossible to fall asleep in. There was also an electrical outlet that had fallen out of the wall only hanging out by the electrical wires. Not ideal when brining a 3 year old child.
I must though say the staff was good. That’s why they got 2 stars and not one.

Front desk are basically RUDE!

front desk experience was Horrible: The guy was rude , unhelpfull to confirm my late checking and hang up the phone to my face!!! this is unaccseptable behaviour : If you have a bad day: DO NOT WORK IN SERVICE jobs!!!
