Comfortable stay.

Check in was very easy, kindly upgraded our room, and went above and beyond to help us make changes to our reservation. Her professionalism ( sorry I forgot her name ) efficiency, and genuine hospitality made our stay seamless and memorable.
Executive lounge was great with enough food and drink options. Breakfast was also great. We truly appreciated everything you did and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Copenhagen.

My wife and I stayed in a Deluxe room and as we got out of the elevator, we were greeted by worn out carpets and a musty smell. The smell in the room was strong, and it looked worn out. Apparently, they have renovated rooms on the higher floors. Be mindful of where you stay.

The hotel is old and needs an upgrade badly. Our room at $ 530/night didn't have a coffee maker or even a tea kettle, the shower is in a bathtub which I can't recommend for older people

Beware of Hotel Parking

The hotels is in a good location near central Copenhagen. Rooms are clean and modern. We had the hotel valet park our car "on-site" for which we paid the standard daily hotel parking fee of 320 DKK. The problem is the spaces they park your car in are public for which a separate daily fee must be paid. No one informed us of this and when we retrieved our vehicle there was a parking ticket issued. I understand this is a big city but if they are parking your car for you and charging a daily rate you would think that was it.

To clarify, the hotel parking fee is DKK 320 per night, and there is no additional parking fee that should be charged to guests when their vehicle is properly registered and parked in the designated hotel parking area. We regret if this was not clearly communicated to you during your stay.
In some cases, a parking notice may be issued before the vehicle has been properly registered with the parking system. Had you brought the notice to our attention while at the hotel, our team would be happy to look into the matter and assist with having it resolved, provided the vehicle was parked in one of our designated hotel parking spaces.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for the lack of clarity surrounding the parking arrangements. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with our team to ensure we communicate the process more clearly to our guests in the future.

Excellent customer service

My luggage was delayed and Michael and Elin were just amazing at helping me out with this. Excellent customer service, showing compassion for guests. Would recommend based on this alone, but we also enjoyed the location, breakfast and fabulous views.
