Staff is nice, rooms are a bit dirty. I believe the ‘save the environment’ policy of not cleaning rooms every day has a consequence for the overall cleanliness of rooms and facilities.

Overall our stay only ok. Breakfast was very good. Although very busy there was always a table available at breakfast. The rest of the hotel was average. Gym and sauna were below average for this type of hotel. Expensive for what you get. I would probably not return to this location.

I think it is crap that they charge $30 to check in 2 hours early when the rooms are already ready.

Really lovely hotel!

Omg! What a lovely hotel! Staff super friendly! Great location, only a stones throw from the metro and all the sights! Reasonably priced. The bedrooms were comfortable, good beds and pillows! Good sized bathroom. The breakfast was so varied and really set us up for a day of exploring..

Greedy business hotel

Centrally located by the central train station which is nice. The room is clean and comfortable, but you hear every sound in the hallway as if it is in your room. I first thought I had failed to shut my door, but no, it was firmly shut. The breakfast was good. But as a business hotel it is crazy that they charge extra to check-in early or store luggage. I arrived early, not expecting that my room would be ready. So I was surprised when the staff said your room is ready, but it will cost you DKK 200 to gain access to your room prior to check-in time. This is simply greedy. I have never experienced this before. When I asked about holding my luggage, she pointed me to a non-secure wardrobe downstairs. I have since found out that you have to pay to securely store luggage. Astonishinly bad. Choose another hotel.
