Standard Family room 4

Very wide room. Very clean. Wide beds. Children play area indoor+outdoor. AC and blackout curtains. The room with a bathtub is better.

Unpleasant throughout!

This was our birthday holiday & it was disappointing all thanks to scandic sydhavnen! Reception staff Tasha & Gustav were a bit non-cooperative. The hygiene standards are quite poor in this hotel. There was no kettle in a standard room, when asked for one, was given an uncleaned one without even checking if its usable or not. The only ray of sunshine was Jasmine whom I met in the morning shift who was kind & cooperative with our needs.

Unfortunately, chaotic breakfast ruins much of the experience.

Booked Master Suite for family of four. Nice size of room. Disappointing that the master suite did not include a refrigerator in the rooms, which I think should be expected if you book a master suite.
The experience I unfortunately sit with from the stay is the chaotic breakfast. Too many people compared to what the breakfast facilities are dimensioned for. Hotel breakfast is something you look forward to as a relaxing activity, but this was simply stressful. The only positive was the possibility of making Belgian waffles.
Furthermore, it feels a little petty that you yourself have to order the change of towels and the upgrading of beds if you want this. In addition, I found it tiny that you had to rent umbrellas, as the hotel did not borrow this for free.
In conclusion, the staff at the reception was also not very accommodating, either with check-in, check-out or other questions.
All in all an OK minus experience.

Big bonus for a very nice gym besides all of the other good things, such as polite staff, good parking possibility (pay with application separately) and must say a good restaurant.
+ point for a staff member who provided me with an ice bag after I dropped a weight on my foot and also so kindly asked how I was doing two days later when checking out.
Have stayed here before and like the location, with a Circle K across the street (good when traveling by car like I did).
Also went to a festival, and got nice help with description on how to get there from the hotel, as it was outside Copenhagen city centre.

Ok sleeps, the restaurant from 9 gate in he.ve.et.

The room was ok, basic typically scandic. Nothing to get excited about. So it gets a 3 in scandic stars which in the rest of the world is a two.
The restaurant was horrendous, a more disengaged staff you won't find at a tired Coop shop in kidneyunda. The food served at the price of your first son was worse than rations Siberian prisoners received in 1946.
If you ever think about sleeping there, because then, the bed is ok.
If you're thinking of eating there, think again. It is better to take something from the nearest trash can, at least it is free.
