Fantastic lovely Gourmet stay.
I grew up in Højslev (I am from 1950), but have not visited Højslev in 60 years.
The inn resembles itself as 'outside' as I remember it, but the experience was completely unique.
We had a fantastic weekend with coffee and homemade apple cake upon arrival and later a really delicious 4-course menu! Super delicious food...
The room was really nice, a nice bed and breakfast - before we started the long drive to Lolland - was really good.
I can only recommend Højslev inn if you are to celebrate an event, maybe hold a 'bigger' party, maybe participate in one of their various events or just have to stay in the midjyske at a inn/hotel that offers comfortable rooms - and an unparalleled kitchen.

Birthday at Højslev Inn.
The planning of the party was easy as Claus came up with many suggestions we could choose from.
Unfortunately, we only got 31 participants due to illness, but Claus was quick and agile to change the number, although that meant changes in the beautiful table coverage and the number of dishes.
The party was conducted with a nice dialogue with the staff and the food was, as usual, extremely tasty.
The prices were extremely reasonable, so overall, we can definitely recommend holding -even smaller parties - at Højslev Inn.
That you can take the train, so there is only 100 meters from the inn to Højslev Station is a big plus.
