Expensive for the standard

Very good location for this simple but expensive accommodation. The room did not have a private toilet; the bathroom was shared with six other rooms. Our room was right next to the bathroom, so there was a lot of traffic and we could hear everything that was going on inside.
Breakfast was served in the room next door and was okay.

B&B in old townhouse

B&B in an old townhouse. 4 rooms on the first floor, 3 rooms and bath/toilet on the 2nd floor, shared for all.
In the courtyard also bath/toilet, down the stairs again, outdoors, exciting in frost and snow.
Not too bad walking because of the stairs.

Bathroom and toilet shared

Bathroom and toilet in the hallway! It came completely behind me. This is NOT noticed when ordering! Two bathrooms/toilets for the entire house's guests - the one in an annex outside, which was squeezed and nasty. No shampoo or hair dryer. Breakfast first at 8am - on weekdays. Not very practical when you're sent out as censor and have to meet at 7:30.

More a hostel!

Most people would not consider this a hotel. It is a house with six bedrooms sharing one bathroom and another bath room in an annex. There is no reception or personel, you obtain a key from a box at tge front door. The television has no channels and relies on channels provided by your phone. All rooms are up steep stairs. Some furniture was hand made from chipboard but on the positive side the beds were comfortable,the room was clean and the 'hotel" is well situated. The term basic or bohemian is properly applicable depending on your point of view.
The host is pleasant and offers breakfast in the next door cafe. It is served to your table in the manner of a British afternoon tea. That is you're given a cup of tea or coffee, a glass of fruit juice and a two tiered plate containing meats and cheese and apparently of bread. Modest but good quality.

Old house with many sounds.
Two toilets for all guests, one in the courtyard and one on the second floor.
Disco next door, so expect a lot of noise at night.
Breakfast is very simple and you can't get lactose-free.
We're not coming back.
The beds were okay, therefore a star
