Great for young kids

Stayed at Lalandia Søndervig for 5 night in July 2026. We shared a 4 bedroom cabin with some friends. We were 4 adults and 5 kids are 0 to 6. This was a great place for our group. The cabin was clean and pretty new. We had a great time at the aquadome, the indoor plan area and the outdoor playgrounds. Yes, there is a lot of people, but we kinda expected that. As others say, it's less crowded in the mornings and in the evenings.
This Lalandia is a lot smaller than Billund. But if you are not going to Legoland and have young kids, I would probably recommend Søndervig over Billund. It close to a beach and a small town center, with a nice bakery and a really nice food store (Spar).
The only thing we missed was the train at Lalandia Billund, just because our cabin was quite far away from the main building. Discovered a bit late that we could get a season pass for the parking, think it was 150kr, compared to 60kr for one day.

Lost and found, but not yet recieved.

So, while we had our stay there it was brilliant. Clean house, nice staff, nice park and cool activities.
The problems started after we left, and I discovered that I had forgotten some things in the cabin. Staff find the items and ask me to pay the shipping, which I did of course.
After a long time I ask if the items have been sent, as I have not received them. They then state that the item has been returned due to customs. They send the item again, and this time it is also being returned to Lalandia, this time due to a missing address.
The big question is, how difficult is it to send an item from Denmark to Norway. Have they ever sent an item to their customers before? Am I the first in history to ask for a return? And when, when will I get my items??

OK first thing: if you are booking via hotels.com be aware you don't get bed sheets and towels! yes you read it correct - hard to belive but you check in yu go to your house and there are no bed sheets or towels! then you call them and ask and they say: " but you did not ask for it" - well we have not given the chance to ask for it and isn't t a bit stupid that you dont ask while check in? I have stayed in many holiday parks it's always included but this one you need to pay 50 eur for 3 sets of bedsheets and towels.
The pool / waterpark - BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Super crowded as it is the only activity in the region for everyone...yes this waterpark is NOT only for the holiday park guests but for everyone around...sooo naturally hyper crowded. Impossible to move your arm without touching anyone.. irritating.
The house is well equipped and clean but for this price we are not coming back for sure!

Overrated and overpriced

For clarification: My review refers exclusively to the "Aquadome" of Lalandia in Søndervig.
In relation to the imposing building, the actual bathing area is disappointingly small and manageable; the pictures and videos online suggest completely different dimensions.
Although we were there right in the morning at the start of opening hours, the pool was so full within a very short time that it became uncomfortable. Long lines quickly formed at the slides, even though the 4-person tubes had to be carried up the stairs to the slides by hand - there is no conveyor belt.
The price for a day ticket (already applies to children from 3 years old) is equivalent to approx. $51 and, for us, is in no relation to the service provided.

Lalandias new Beach Bowl in Søndervig a bad experience.

Lalandias new Beach Bowl in Søndervig. Paying 170 kr for electronic dart (55 min), which only works half the time. As we pass this on to the staff, they seem more or less indifferent. I'm sorry, and I say they have to look at it. Unprofessional tackled.
The tables floated. In the hour we were there, it was not cleared at all.
