I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal.
The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a message to the hotel when I realized expecting to be disappointed. THEY GOT THEM BACK TO ME ALL THE WAY IN THE UNITED STATES AT NO CHARGE. YOU CAN’T EVEN MAIL THINGS DIRECTLY FROM THERE TO HERE. These are honest, hardworking, dedicated people running this hotel and it shows.

Unwelcoming hotel

We stayed here with a school group in early April. The hotel itself was average, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. Whenever I had a question, it felt like the staff didn't want to be bothered, and getting simple information seemed like an inconvenience. The unwelcoming attitude made the experience less enjoyable, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

BAD AND OLD

Third-rate hotel, we had to change rooms three times: damp and dark, damaged air conditioning and finally, giant ants coming through the window. Room without closet, no hair conditioner and no hairdryer. Hotel without any modernity and full of plastic flowers. I would never go back to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service! Great location! Even though I understand that they do not have TVs in the rooms so you can enjoy the island more, I do like to watch TV before I sleep at night so I would change that. But otherwise, excellent choice!

Staff was very helpful and did extra to ensure my phone wasn’t lost as I toured outside. AC wasn’t working and we got an extra room to sleep in late at night. Thanks for the help.
