The staff stood at at Hotel David. Sandy and Joshua were extremely helpful and friendly. The negative is all the stairs at the hotel and no elevator. If not for the stairs, I would return again. I came with my brother who has issues walking.
I cannot say enough good things about the helpful staff.

The only thing I didn't like that there is alot of stairs to get to the property. The staff were great and accomodating. Property close to atttractions and metro station.

HORRIBLE I strongly advise against

On the day of departure no place to keep suitcases waiting for departure to the airport.
No professionalism.
Unpleasant staff.
The single and double room differs only thanks to its surface.
In the single room no possibility to keep the suitcase open on the floor whether it be the big or the small, without causing problems of movement.
We had booked 3 rooms for Sunday 20 October. When we arrived the manager offered to go to another one of these hotels because of power problems. He told us that the other hotel was better "King experience by David". We agreed and when we arrived the person at the reception explained that there were only two rooms available while we paid for 3 rooms. Finally after insisting heavily we had our 3 bedrooms including 2 that did not close from the outside. The doors therefore remained open during our absence. There were sewers in one of the bedrooms and the bed overlooked the bathroom, fully glazed toilet... The morning before we left for the airport the front door of the hotel was impossible to open, we almost missed our flight.We wanted to cancel our second booking from 24 to 26 October but due to our activities we did not have time to do so before the free cancellation date. So we came back hoping for a commercial gesture from the hotel. When we arrived another person at the reception confirmed that we had been moved on October 20 because the hotel was full and not because of the power outage, nor any gesture or apology from them. On October 25th we asked to speak to the hotel manager who had moved us the first time. As soon as he saw us he left the front desk to hide in the back office. The host person didn't want to put us in touch with the manager we had seen 2mins before because he was supposedly busy. After a while he still came out of his office to confirm that no gesture will be made and that this is happening, so to say to everyone. Moreover, the rooms are not worth the price paid.
