Nice room, lobby, buffet, location.

The Sheraton Quito is a lovely hotel. The lobby, the dining areas, the rooms, and the top floor gym are all high quality. You can refill water bottles at the top floor gym where there is a water dispenser for filtered water. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of options. The hotel is in a great location with a shopping mall just across the street and plenty of dining options nearby.

Best location for Shakira concert in Atahualpa, impossible!!!

Well, I don’t know why I was accommodated in the members club, it is on the 10th floor, the room and bed, comfortable pillows, the cleaning service also excellent, the breakfast a little cold because we took it on the same order, ie comes from main restaurant downstairs, however there is microwave, but there are certain foods that when reheated taste different, it is a normal hotel breakfast, with several regular options, not bad! Not great, Regular!
Excellent location, almost in front of the Quicentro and next to the Atahualpa stadium which for the purposes of going to the concert was wonderful.

care, service and hygiene.

I liked the attention from the time of check in, the hygiene in the room and the room service was at the right time, the food preparation and presentation very nice and delicious food.

The hotel was closed to the mall and difference restaurants , safe to walk around ,staff very polite and friendly.

Frustrating lack of communication before during and after my stay.

It was clean. That is the best thing I can say. I stayed here because it was part of a tour we had booked through Road Scholar. Added two nights before our trip to see more of Quito. This turned me off Sheraton and the entire Bonvoy system. This hotel will not appear on the Bonvoy app and Bonvoy told me they know this and they don't seem to care. Communication with this hotel is impossible. I tried to get in touch with them before I got there and nothing worked. Food was not very good and they were unresponsive to questions while I was there. They checked me out after the first two nights and I could not get into my room. I never got a receipt and (once again) nothing worked to contact them. They even sent me a survey, which I responded to by asking for a receipt. Nothing. It's like the place does not exist. I therefore will never get credit for the points I should have earned. Considering cancelling my Bonvoy card and just staying away from the entire Marriot / Sheraton / Bonvoy system entirely. Frustrating.
