Great Service, Amazing food and breath taking views

Very clean hotel. With amazing staff, all greeting and smiling friendly. Mr. Mahmud the restaurant manager is Gem. He went out of his way for us. Muhammad, Moura, and Fahim are very attentive hard working friendly staff at the restaurant. Very polite staff at the reception and spa too. Always spots available by the pool and beach sun loungers. View from the beach of the sea and mountains. Feels like Bali or Maldives. Submarine excursion which is a walk away is a must. Food is 10/10. Not thousands of choices. But Food made with love. Always looked forward to the next meal. Take a cheap 150LE cab to Mashraba town Bazaar in the evening. Our holiday felt very special.
Only downfall was the worn out Duvet covers with fuzz balls. Apart from that it was an excellent experience. Definitely will consider going again.

Very bad hotel old rooms bad food poor service

The hotel is extremely old and very bas service very bad quality rooms are very old the service is very bad the food is rotten !!! I donot recommenf this place at all

The vacation was a success ️

Drove off for a relaxing vacation: beach, pool, all-inclusive. There were few guests during our stay. The beach is clean, the entrance is a gentle sandy beach with small pebbles, the rooms are clean but worn, but upon check-in, they upgraded the room category for free, giving us a sea view. I want to express special thanks to the hotel staff, especially the restaurant manager and waiters; they are amazing people - always with a smile, conversation, and excellent service. They feed well, the alcohol is local, but high quality. Among the downsides we can note - there were a lot of flies on the beach, which were quite annoying. Also, this hotel could use some evening entertainment, even every other day - karaoke, discos, foam parties in the pool; during our week-long stay, there was only one performance with Arabic dancing, so it seems that after dinner everyone goes to their rooms, but we would like a little more entertainment.

I am truly grateful to you for your hospitality, wonderful welcome, and the absolutely amazing place.
Thank you for making my little girls happy, they were very pleased.
I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Mahmoud and Mrs. Mahmoud for being like a father to his children (I'll post pictures of them with my daughters). They were always there and always keen to make us happy. And of course, all the staff there are incredibly kind and loving.
And of course, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Samar for her excellent and respectful treatment of everyone, including my daughter Jamila.
Also, a thank you message to Ms. Karen for her kind and wonderful treatment, and for always having such a radiant smile on her face.
The hotel is very, very beautiful, everything is available, and the food is more than wonderful.
And indeed, the employees at the place are the ones who make us love the place the most.

Great option for gluten free diet.

I had a great stay at the hotel and really enjoyed the service from everyone. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful.
A special thank you to Chef Osama, who took great care of me during my stay. I need gluten-free food, and he always made sure there were safe and delicious options for me at every meal. It meant a lot to see how much effort and attention he put into making sure I could enjoy my food without any worries.
