New, clean hotel with unobtrusive and pleasant service

Very attentive staff, new and exceptionally clean hotel, elevator.
We, married couple with adult daughter, had a very comfortable suite with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in living room. The bathroom was tiled to the ceiling, the shower excellent.
The free breakfast (always with omelette) was served to us on the rooftop terrace overlooking the pyramids of Khalid.
Khalid delighted us with his dedication, good English and local knowledge and his everlasting friendliness. Something we haven't experienced at home in hotels for a long time.
An all-round successful (and also inexpensive) stay.

A perfect staying

Very impressive and very comfortable place to stay. I have stayed almost two weeks here and I felt like my home. People very friendly and willing to help you. Morning breakfast was always very delicious and very professional service quality. Daily clean up and fresh towels/all supplies provided. Very clean room and big like your bedroom. Nice view from the room and enough space to seat in the balcony. Staff are very professional and speak English. I admire their staff much for their professionalism. I will recommend to everyone to stay here and stay healthy and have fun. Location is also very safe and convenient.

This property had a great view of pyramids and the staff was very helpful. The area is very local so if your looking for more tourist vibe i don't suggestion this location. Also there is no elevator which they dont mention so this is not good place for older people or someone with physical disabilities

This is not a hotel but at best a basic hostel. No amenities, no elevator, dismal, dingy, dirty rooms and bathrooms. No eating facilities except in the very basic rooms with no seating except the small beds. Sub standard breakfast provided on scruffy roof area,5 floors up with steep stairs and a few chairs with ripped and filthy seats.
Rooms have small frosted windows which are covered to hide the awful views of the very run down neighbourhood. Left after 2 nights with our friends, the Lightowlers and moved to a far better hotel we found ourselves and at extra cost. I doubt any of us will use Expedia again if such misleading descriptions of properties remain available through you. The first two days of our six day trip were ruined because of this awful place so we were very unhappy

A hostel not an hotel

This was booked as a package with Expedia flight and hotel.
It is not an hotel but a hostel.
A reception and lounge area the size of two front rooms with seating for max 10 people. There is no cafe, restaurant or bar as described in the hotel details. No Champagne or wine available to buy. In fact there is no alcohol available in Giza unless you are in. 5 Star hotel.
Breakfast was inedible brought in from nearby not made on the premises, served on grubby tables on the roof. Limited view of the pyramids if you strained your neck.
Rooms certainly not luxury rooms as described with a double bed and no furniture to sit on.
The bathroom was dingy nowhere to put any thing, with holes in the wall, peeling paint and not a place I wanted to shower in.
My husband and I met up with a couple of friends and only stayed 2 of the 6 nights we had booked. With no Wi-Fi we wasted two days of the holiday searching for a better place. Luckily we could afford to do this.
The surrounding area was best described as filthy, no where to get a cup of coffee or a meal and certainly not an area to take a leisurely stroll.
If you want a hostel then this is for you but it is a very expensive hostel.
