Amazing hotel with the BEST VIEW in Cairo. Clean, conveniently located 5-10 min from Pyramids and new Museum.
Will come back again for sure

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in DISGUSTING!!!AVOID!!!!!!

My family booked with booking.com as we extended our holiday from sharm el to Cairo.
I can honestly say the hotel is disgustingly filthy.
The staff are shocking I’ve been back 5 days now and it’s taking me this time to write this as I was so disappointed and wanted to write a constructive review!
We should have had 4 beds we had 3 beds only in our room.
The room was not changed from previous travellers so there was hairs and stains in 2 of the beds it was disgusting!!!
I went and asked them to change them which they reluctantly did after a wait.
So my children could not go to bed untill they done this which was very late.
And after a 8 hour travel this was very upsetting for them.
We have 4 children ages 4,7,7,9 year olds.
I won’t bore you with everything else wrong with this room.
They moved us the next day to another room but leaving stuff still in the room that we never did get back!
We were moved to another room which we didn’t see until late at night when we got back with our tour guide about 10pm at night.
There were no words all 4 beds had stains and pubic hair in them it took them untill 11.15pm at night to change them and to my absolute disgust the sheets and duvets where equally as bad.
The whole room was filthy.
There answer was there cleaners where off being sick!!!!!
No toilet rolls, asked for them time and time again 2 towels to share between 6 of us.
I’m so glad I didn’t get any trips with them, 3 nights of hell so disappointed as we had such a great time away from this hotel.
They where trying to sell us trips
I’ve stayed all over the world in hostels etc this was disgusting.
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IT IS DISGUSTING AND THE STAFF JUST DONT CARE.

To flee

Hotel to escape, we arrived, we had booked a room with view of the pyramids with bathtub... On the 1st evening we were taken to another hotel telling us that ours was not ready and that there was a problem of electricity and that we will be able to recover it the next day, in the end, we never got our room that we had booked because it had been allocated to other tourists so put us in another mediocre room The only positive,was the view of the pyramids, let’s not talk about lunch, infamous disgust... urine on the sheets, women hair in bed mold in the bathroom And electrical installation, defective put them words of this catastrophic stay in this hotel... small, nod to the wi-fi working alternately between one relay and another and do not even offer the possibility to watch a video of more than 30 seconds in our room....

Misleading listing, unacceptable hygiene and no resolution – AVOID

Our experience at this property was extremely stressful and disappointing from beginning to end.
The first issue was locating the hotel. The name displayed on the building does not match the name listed on Booking.com. Even our taxi driver could not find it. We were dropped off and had to walk nearly one hour with our children and luggage in an area that felt unsafe before finally reaching the entrance. The property appears to operate under multiple names at the same address, which creates serious confusion.
Upon arrival, because we had doubts, we explicitly asked the receptionist to confirm that this was the correct property and the correct room. We were reassured, shown photos, and then asked to pay the full amount for three nights.
Unfortunately, once inside the room, the reality did not match the listing:
• The advertised “jacuzzi” is in fact a standard bathtub.
• The water pressure for the bathtub was extremely weak — just a thin stream that would have required an excessive amount of time to fill it.
• There was no hot water available in the bathtub at all (although the shower did provide hot water).
• The bathtub contained visible plaster residue, as if recent construction work had just been completed.
• There was dust throughout the room.
• Hair was present on the floor and on the bedding.
• Overall cleanliness was clearly below acceptable standards.
When we calmly reported these issues to reception, no solution was offered. No alternative room, no corrective action, and no commercial gesture. When we informed them that we would leave after the first night, communication stopped entirely.
Although the room does offer a view of the pyramids, the location is also presented in a misleading way. The nearby access point is not the official tourist entrance. To reach the main entrance with tickets, you must take a taxi for approximately 20 minutes. The view alone does not compensate for the overall experience.
Due to late arrival and traveling with children, we stayed one night but relocated immediately afterward.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property, particularly for families expecting transparency, cleanliness, and basic standards of comfort. Please ovoid at all price this place.

Horrific

Do not book! They are awful, aggressive and cheated me out of a pre-booked driver service. Took money upfront and didn't deliver the service. Refused to refund and instead got aggressive with me. Although a view of the pyramid, it is based in the back streets of a very sketchy area... do not book
