The most amazing relaxing holiday

We had such a fantastic experience bwala pool restaurant & bar thanks to Elsawy Yousry! He was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. His cocktails were excellent—some of the best we’ve had! He was friendly, professional, and always on hand with a warm, genuine smile. His outstanding service really made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you, Elsawy, for your amazing hospitality. We hope to see you again!

Exceptional! My second stay was even better than the first – Incredible honesty!

This was my second time staying at Steigenberger ALDAU Beach, and I was amazed to find that they have managed to raise the bar even higher. It is rare for a hotel that is already at the top of its game to show visible improvements, but they truly delivered.
Why I highly recommend it:
Incredible Staff & Integrity: The most impressive moment was during checkout. We had accidentally forgotten some clothes in the room, and the staff actually chased after us to return them before we left. This level of honesty and proactiveness is hard to find!
Room Comfort: Having a Nespresso machine in the room is a fantastic touch that I truly appreciated.
Impeccable Service: The staff is remarkably friendly, and the cleanliness standards across the entire resort are outstanding.
All-Round Quality: The beach is pristine, the food and drinks are high-quality, and the entertainment team is top-notch.
If I was impressed the first time, this visit has officially made me a loyal guest. This is undoubtedly the best choice in Hurghada!

Absolutely lovely hotel, food was excellent service was excellent especially amgad the pool waiter he works so hard and you was never without a drink.as a whole the entire hotel,grounds,beach and outside was excellent. We will definitely return and encourage guests to book this hotel you won't be disappointed

Wonderful Beach Vacation with Great Food and Friendly Staff

We have just returned from our stay at Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel and had a wonderful experience.
The biggest highlight was the customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. You can really feel that guest satisfaction is a priority throughout the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. One thing worth mentioning is that there is ongoing construction at a neighboring hotel. Guests staying in some of the rooms on the left side of the property may notice some daytime noise. It did not significantly affect our stay, but it is something future guests should be aware of.
The hotel has one main restaurant and six à la carte restaurants. During our stay, we visited four of them. Our favorites were Alex Beach Club and the Teppanyaki Japanese Restaurant. I strongly recommend making reservations as early as possible, as the most popular restaurants fill up quickly. The reservation system is very easy to use, with a self-service terminal located near the reception.
This hotel is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday. If you are searching for non-stop entertainment and adventure, this may not be the best choice. However, if your goal is to enjoy excellent food, a beautiful beach, great pools, quality drinks, and a peaceful atmosphere, you will not be disappointed.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return in the future.

This hotel lives up to all the stars

This hotel does all the stars justice.
Friendly staff both at the desk and in the housekeeping, restaurant, swimming pool and beach.
Fantastic place to dive.
Food is excellent.
Ali has helped us.met a lot and even arranged a transfer.
Already for the 4th time here and definitely.not the last time.
Everything super clean and hygienic
