excellent
The hotel is excellent and very close to the Nile. What I liked most was the cleanliness of the hotel, the bathrooms, and the rooms. The bed was comfortable. (The code was incorrect, but the hotel was excellent.) Everything was easy. I thank the cleaning staff inside.
I highly recommend this hotel at all times.

Not bad
Pros:
Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and we were shown to our room with great efficiency on arrival.
The service staff were attentive and helpful: we enjoyed our evenings in the bar and balcony area where staff could not do enough, the service was exceptional.
The pool was nice, the area around the room was clean and the facilities were well kept
Cons
The food was not exceptional, but there was variety and the service staff were very attentive
There were only two working lifts and they took forever - one of the lifts did not close fully and felt very unstable.
Please factor in 10 minutes waiting for the lifts into any journey plans
Starbucks has one worker, Nour who is lovely but takes forever. Please leave at least 20 minutes (if u have ordered) or an hour if you haven’t, for your coffee.
Our son went missing in the market and we were very distraught. Someone brought him back to the hotel, where he called us from reception.
We asked reception staff if they can pay the driver and add it to our room so we can relay (we were still looking for him in the market and police were involved) - but they refused. Seems in a situation where a child’s life was potential at risk, they could have offered some mercy (we were not due to check out for a few days so it’s not like we would have cheated them out of £30). We had to come back and the driver was still waiting in the lobby to be paid. It was traumatic for us and our son who had this experience. And to add to that- the taxi driver wanted a tip!!
The bill for my pool tab was 290 eygt. pounds. I gave 400…i was given back 10 and was told to wait for the rest of the change. I waited and the pool staff eventually gave me another 10. I mentioned i was owed 100 in change. He said it was 10 after the tip.
As it was less an £5 in Uk money i let it go- but careful of being scammed !! I am sure as a woman with little kids who was counting wads of money trying to make heads and tails of it - they saw me coming

Terrible service for a hotel of this category
We arrived in Cairo with a reservation for a triple room at 15;30, the room was not ready and no one informed us how long it would take, we waited an hour to get our room, of course without any explanation
A week later we returned to the hotel, again a triple room, the third bed was not prepared, after 1;30 hours, they brought us the bed
We had to go back to request towels, 2 more times
Very bad service
