Hotel staff were all very nice and helpful! The place seems to be newly renovated so it was nice. Would stay again! Good central location in Zamalek!

Comfort and pleasure
It is a beautiful hotel, in an excellent location. The staff, including the bell captains (especially Mr. Ali), are very attentive. The rooms are tidy, clean and well kept, and serviced according to your preference, thanks to Ms. Aya, Mr. Mohammad Ali, and Ms. Amal, along with the supervisor Ms.Hind.
The breakfast is very good, and the pastry is the most elegant and delicious

An amazing hotel.
Had a wonderful stay at President Hotel in Zamalek!
The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was so yummy! Their burger, club sandwich, mozzarella & tomato sandwich, Super Bowl (fresh veggies bowl) The bread of every sandwich is very different from one sandwich to another. Chapeau to the chef. Besides, the portions are very generous.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always made us feel welcome. A special thanks to the helpful reception team for their warm hospitality and excellent service.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also treated ourselves to a professional massage, and it was the perfect way to relax.
Highly recommend President Hotel for anyone looking for great food, exceptional service, clean accommodations, and a truly relaxing experience. Looking forward to coming back! ❤️

My stay at The President Hotel Cairo was truly exceptional, and much of that was due to the outstanding staff who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
A special thank you goes to Martina and Remy at reception. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with infectious smiles, warmth, and professionalism that immediately made us feel at home. When we needed assistance arranging a late check-out, they could not have been more accommodating. Their willingness to help and genuine concern for our comfort made a lasting impression.
Remy was an absolute delight and brought a wonderful sense of humor to every interaction. One particularly hilarious joke he told had me laughing for the rest of the day. It instantly broke down barriers and created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable.
Martina was equally exceptional. She was as kind as she was beautiful, always patient, attentive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. Her charm, professionalism, and genuine kindness are a tremendous asset to the hotel.
I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the restaurant staff. On several occasions, our excursions ran later than expected, and we arrived back close to closing time. Despite having already worked long and demanding days, the restaurant team remained patient, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that we were still able to enjoy a proper meal. Their willingness to stay a little later and serve us with a smile demonstrated a level of dedication and hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare.

Excellent Hotel
A truly wonderful hotel in Zamalek (the best area in Cairo). Extremely polite staff, from the reception desk to the porters. We stayed in room 409 on the 14th floor, which was very quiet and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good with a great variety. Very good and affordable price to stay. I highly recommend it.
