Good Experience

It was a good experience with small concerns
The room service needing some attention and daily follow-up. The restaurant was not prepared to accommodate large numbers, which led to insufficient quantities available for breakfast for all residents. The swimming pool also requires attention.

Ali, the person who can't say no

Home of Ali ,the exceptional owner. He doesn't know what to do to help.
The room I occupied was very large, comfortable, with a bathroom also very large, a bathtub and hot water. Everything clean.
I had a little extra heating much needed this season.
For the price the breakfast from 8am to 10am was quite correct: boiled eggs, Egyptian bread, foul, jam, honey, coffee powder, tea, water, banana, a salad, cow laughing...on the 3rd floor of a building with a beautiful view. For people who have difficulties possible to have breakfast by the pool.
There are 2 swimming pools, unfortunately too cold this season.
Ali arranged all the tours for me as I wanted at a reasonable price.
He's also working on finding a driver if we want a private vehicle to get back to Alexandria. Ahmed was very friendly and drove carefully.
The only small drawback is that the walls are not very insulated.
I'll be happy to come back to that.

Nice and clean Hotel in the Desert

Considering that it is a tourist hotel in an oasis, it is very good.
It has a small (cold) pool for swimming, the rooms and bathroom are clean and the breakfast is very local but good.
Outside there is noise of barking dogs, donkeys, prayers and motors of all kinds, from 0:00 it is suddenly quiet (until morning prayers at 5:00).
The small desert safari (approx. 4h) booked through the hotel was far too expensive at 100 US$ per person (normal prices are between 40 and 50).
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre but I recommend taking a taxi.

Magnificent hotel!

Magnificent timeless place, a true oasis in the middle of the desert with extremely welcoming and helpful staff!
Close to the city, the swimming pool is really pleasant after long days of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great place

Happy with my choice to stay here after a long ride to Siwa.
Staff are super friendly and helpful. Tours and drivers organised plus recommendations.
15 minute walk to the centre.
Breakfast on the roof top was good.
Clean and shower is good.
