Exceptional service.

It was a wonderful experience at thus hotel. Rooms were clean and mdern. Staffs were very helpful and professional especially those in reception were amazing. Food was also good and testy. The boat rude provided by the hotel was also exceptionally excellent. Thankyou we had a great time.

Hotel is so big and the Tana river view was amazing. Only thing is that there were no much occupancies bit it’s good

Hotel on the lake

This hotel, which is also highly advertised at the airport, is located right on the lake a short distance from the city center. The structure is well done because it does not affect the landscape and the hotel is considered to be of a high standard, although some defects would be highlighted: the hot water in the room that struggles to arrive (more than 10 minutes waiting) and some gaps in the service in general. However, everything must be considered according to the Ethiopian standard which is lower than ours.

Very average

Very average hotel. Correct room but the place as a whole is sinister despite the presence of the lake and the view. The building has aged rather badly and the staff is not very responsive. Furthermore, the restaurant is truly catastrophic. Endless service. Very poor quality meal.
