Oscar's restaurant was almost perfect, but...

Almost perfect.. the food looks and tastes good, the ambience at night was superb, has plenty of space for each table to have privacy, most of the staff were accommodating... But
It lacked music playing in the background for better vibes, and one staff pffered to give us our bill while we were still eating dessert because she said someone she knows will be arriving.. basically asking us to leave early. What a big turn off.

Rooms need updating but view is still beautiful..

This rating is on the rooms only which are in much need of some TLC as tiles and interior showing wear in tear. No hair dryers or coffee pot in room. Shower was cold water and a/c was noisy. Tv did not turn on. Towels were scratchy and thin; no conditioner…only shampoo & body wash. The included breakfast was okay as basic food with no pastries but views were incredibly nice from the terrace.
We also had dinner here which was excellent. Pool was not in use when we were here.

Fast Reservation. Fast Service.

I would like to commend Ms. Llana of Reservations Team. She was very accommodating and swift! I was booking a surprise honeymoon place for friends who just got married and they need a quick getaway after their wedding. I knew Eugenioe Lopez will be the perfect hote stay in the east. I called and Miss Llanna assisted me right away. She was able to get my request for late check out approved! I asked my friends how is their stay so far, they said it was beautiful! Thank you Eugenio Lopez Center Team and of course to Miss Llana!

Heaven on Earth

Nice view! Celebrated my son's birthday, they accommodated us warmly, it was a memorable moment. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Served food, so far so good, cakes are so yummy. A hotel museum on top of the mountain overlooking metro Manila.

Poor Menu

Oscar's restaurant at Eugenio Lopez's hilltop location has spectacular views.
The restaurant has alfresco balcony dining or indoor air conditioning. Indoor tables have full table linen, and flower vases with local flowers. The tables are well-spaced. The staff are friendly and courteous.
Prior to covid, the menu was much better. Today the menu choice is poor. Two-thirds of the menu consists of traditional Filipino dishes that are available in almost every other restaurant in Antipolo. The rest of the menu mainly consists of burgers, sandwiches, pizza and such. There are some steaks on the menu but at prohibitive prices.
Food quality is very average. Desert selection is almost non-existent. The coffee is excellent.
Such a lovely restaurant and location desperately needs an improved menu to distinguish it from all the others in the area with similar menus.
